About: Francesco Presicce
- Francesco Presicce holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Science and Management of Climate Change. He serves as a senior expert in the Italian Ministry for the Environment Land and Sea in the Department for Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Energy. He has been working on energy and climate change policy since 2003, taking part in multilateral negotiations and managing national and international projects, environmental reviews and research programmes.
